The jig for trigger work?

Do you suppose there is any reason that aluminum jig they are making for doing the trigger work couldn't be made out of thick plexi glass or plastic just as easy?
Appreciate any comments from someone using one or who's made one.
I've got no aluminum but I have plenty of plastic and plexi glass.

Jack I made one out plex-glass, works better than wood, see better
for lineinh up in MHO. Marv.

I've done several with no jig and know of a bunch of folks who have done the job with no jig also, so it probably will work fine made with what ever you choose. :wink: I'd just cover the pins with masking tape, it works fine.

I've already done mine with out it. I only have the one gun but I was just thinking ....
That's generally where I start getting in to trouble.
