T/C Scope question.

I had a buddy ask me a question today I couldnt answer.  He asked who made T/Cs scopes.  I instantly assumed it was in-house, but he was told thay are not made by T/C from a guy at the local gun shop.  So, are T/Cs scopes made by them or are they contracted out?

T/C Scope question.

They are contracted out.  When I asked they told me they had contracts with a couple Asian companies.  My opinion is that the 2.5-7 looks a lot like a Weaver and the 1-4 looks a lot like a Tasco.  Looks can be deceiving though.  I do know that I have 3 or 4 of the 2.5-7's and like the quality.  I bought a 1-4 and sent it back because I did not like the quality of it.
