Encore stock question

I recently took my new Encore apart to send the frame in for service.  I noticed the forearm and the buttstock were both marked with "BOYDS".  Does Boyds make the factory walnut stocks for the Encore?  Just curious..........., thanks.

I noticed the same stamp on the "factory" replacement laminated stock that T/C sent for my 209X50.  It looks like T/C can sub a bunch of woodwork to Boyds and come out ahead.  Gotta love those greedy capitalist pigs :-D
