As far as the 7mm Rem Mag loads go, I like IMR 4831 with the Sierra 160 HPBT, or the same powder with the 150 Nosler BT. All though I use different powder weights, I get about the same group and target placement from both rounds. To give you a certain powder charge and aol of cartridge would be a disservice to you. Each rife is different. As far as the 22-250 barrel, its in the .75 moa and Ive only started working with it (less than 30 shots through it so far). Im still braking it in but so far Im very pleased.
