can someone pls send me .410 shell measurements - im trying to constuct a custom rifle and - was curious if someone can send me info on the hull diameter, base diameter, rim diameter, base diameter and the rim thickness - thank you - havent found anyhtign on the net - steve

The chamber dimensions obviously are going to be larger than the shell. For the actual dimensions I checked a Win. AA 2.5 inch loaded shell. Here's what it mics out to:
Hull Dia. = .453 at largest point. ( It is out of round and tapered )
Base Dia. = .472 in front of rim. Tapers to .467 at top.
Rim Dia. = .528
Rim Thickness .050
