Well since two of the "Dunn Tires" stores in my area didn't act like they wanted to sell me the BFGoodrich All terrain T/A KO's, I started looking at different tires on the "internet", and I found Dunlop's Radial Rover RT tires. After reading about these tires on a few different sights I think they'll work better for me then the three tires I mentioned. There just as good in the snow as the three others and better then all but the Goodyear MT/R's in the mud, from what I've read. There a "commercial truck tire", making them ideal for dirt roads, gravel, logging roads ect. From what I've read there also suppose to last pretty long too. There also the cheapest at $118 a piece from the "Tire Rack".
Now back to "Dunn Tire. I went to their Dewitt store (for any one in my area) on Tuesday, 4/13/04 I told them to order the BFG All terrain T/A KO's. The salesmen "Wayne" told me they would be in on Thursday 4/15/04. I called them on Thursday and they said "
WHAT TIRES". Knowing that everyone makes mistakes I called back on Friday 4/16/04 and talked to Jason that said the size tire I wanted 265/70R16 was "hard to find" but he'd have no problem getting the same tire in 265/
75R16 which is almost an inch taller, no big deal. He was gonna call me back in an hour or so. Saturday morning I still didn't hear back from "Jason" so I called the "Dunn Tire" in Cicero (again for anyone in my area) and asked about the Dunlop radial Rover RT. The kid I talked to said he had to call his warehouse in Buffalo and he was gonna call me back first thing Monday
morning. So Monday
afternoon I ordered the Dunlop tires from the "Tire Rack"
www.tirerack.com. :-D Please feel free to ask me what I think of "Dunn Tire"
