Well, just when some trade and tariffs have been ironed out between the U.S. and Canada, surprise, nope. Seems Howard Lutnick didn't like the lower tariffs that the General Motors plant in Ontario were getting on trucks, they should only apply to automobiles. So, back to the drawing board. Canada says it's up to us to come back to the table, as all was in agreement. Sure are lucky that Lutnick didn't go to work on 9-11 at one of the Twin Towers he had a business in, and got hired by Trump as a cabinet member, or maybe this deal would have been signed and business could have gone on.
