New laws for short barrels and suppressors??
« on: Today at 06:26:22 AM »
Not sure were they're at, everything I've seen looks like a holding pattern for the time being. No background checks for anything that use to be a class 3 item?? Anybody got an update?

Not yet but heard about it. Only common sense butt, when has governing people ever been about common sense. Besides, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon. Pretty easy to understand yet still heavily infringed upon by the government.

Judge ruled against government on this. His order was no more restrictions on suppressors or short barrel rifles. Must treat them same as guns. But that does still mean it requires going thru an FFL dealer and background checks.

No more fees and no more year long waits or special lists of who owns them.

DOJ will not appeal decision by judge.
