I normally hit the sack about midnight..then tread my Bible or other book until 1 AM..then up at 6:00 or 6:30...but I do hold my lounge chair
prisoner... snooze for about half an hour each afternoon..
I have a variety of breakfasts..  Oatmeal, grits, eggs are a bit pricey yet, $7-$8 nin supermarkets.  I could buy from local farmers for about $4,
buit I am not all that hungry for them.
Much of my grocery buying is governed by my living solo..can't use a whole loaf of bread, half gallon of milk or a dozen eggs before they are gone
  to waste.
About 2 to 4 days per week, i eat at my grandson's Deli/coffee shop..then it would be from variety..sausage or steak o0mlet, eggs w/ sourdough
toast... or perhaps some breakfast Pizza. One of his designer coffees a must with any breakfast.
At a local Save-A-Lot store, has some little 5" meat pies..turkey, chicken, beef or salisbury steak...and my favorite, a suasage gravy breakfast pie
without sparing the sausage.  I will often buy half a dozen of those breakfast pies and put them in my freezer, so when I have a yen for one, I
nuke it foe 4 minutes...and breakfast is taken care of.  (See photo in reply #49)
     Easy deal for $1...
