  He doesn't exactly look like he is "fit and ready".  Maybe it is his PT program. Newsmax also reports that he eats
  5 meals a day, washed down with a liter vodka..

  No food shortages for some, at least.  He was apparently a Spetsnaz guy, back in the 1980s, which means he was once on top of it.

  Best I can figure, that considering the rate at which they are losing general officers in the Ukraine, maybe this guy was getting too deep into the vodka, started talking too much....and needs to be shut up!
