Sheriff Joe doesn't wear pink panties, just the lowlifes in his custody. Whats racist or bigoted about checking mexicans when looking for mexican invaders?? Makes perfect sense to me. Nothing racist about that, just common sense. I suppose that you support the obaminations lawsuits against AZ, Ala, Texas, etc, for enforcing the law?? POWDERMAN.

Sheriff Joe has already won the lawsuit. When he and the county attorney requested evidence from the Justice Dept., they refused. They have nothing. It's a political play during and election year when Obama needs to try and get back some of the latino vote he has lost from his gay marriage stance, no budget and no jobs. Just to mention a few. That and he brags about deporting more illegal aliens than anyone. Sueing Joe is just another expensive Obama dog and pony show. It will go nowhere and Joe is chomping at the bit to go to court and prove he is in the right.
 
Oh yea!....I don't think Mexican folks are too happy about 'Fast and Furious' either. As many people that have been killed down in Mexico from gun violence, I'm sure many Mexican immigrants in the US know someone who has been killed........Maybe by a 'Fast and Furious' gun that Holder and Obama knew about.

I was going to let it go, but,....How does it violate someone's 4th Amendment rights for reasonable right to privacy and such, to just show your identification to a cop when he pulls you over for speeding? Gotta do that anyway, right? Or for that matter, showing a cop your ID when he asks for it while your walking down the sidewalk?? Pretty thin accusation, trying to use the 4th Amendment if you ask me.
As I posted before, this is just a political dog and pony show for Obama. They have nothing on Sheriff Joe.

Son had his learners permit, bought a car and registered it. We were out driving and was pulled over. I asked the officer the reason since son was doing the speed limit. Seems he ran his plates and it came back that he had a learners permit and could only drive with a licenced driver. Seems the officer didn't notice me in the passenge seat.

Once as a youngster, I was just riding my bike, and I was stopped by the police. They said I looked like a suspect they were looking for. When will the nightmare end.

I don't think the sheriff is very worried about going to court, I think he actually wants to.  They have to prove he is violating rights, I doubt that they can, or they would have years ago.  The people that elected him like him, I would imagine that is the only support the sheriff needs, he does not need the approval of the federal government, who in fact violates all our rights on a constant basis. 
I would have to say for those of us who don't live in Arizona, it's none of our business...if you live there and you don't like the sheriff, vote against him. I think that's pretty simple.  So you have the feds bring a law suit against him...big deal...the feds ran guns across the border to the very people who are killing the people in Arizona...seems to me they could use a sheriff with some backbone.  The cops can pull you over for speeding, no turn signal, weaving, expired plates, most anything that is wrong, and if you don't have a license...your in deep dodo no matter who you are, if they find out your illegal, that's a good thing for Arizona. 
The stuff the feds will tell you about the sheriff is probably made up, they make pretty much everything up,  proving it in court is another ball game.  Also interesting how some on the other side of the fence here is OK with the sheriff being guilty without a trial, I guess the internet is a good source for who are guilty huh? ...hmmmm...some people are funny about who gets rights and who don't...but what's new. 
If anyone here has some proof that the sheriff violated someones fourth amendment rights....don't bother to post the proof here...send it to the feds...they could use it.

I asked the officer if they did random license plate runs and he said yes. I am not scared as I laughed at the officer when he realized that I was over 21 and i'm not scarred about the experience as I know enough officers that offset the idiots and the petty ones
