Are you aware that the president is going to sign over eight islands
in the Bering Sea that are currently part of Alaska ? One was
discovered by Mr. Muir, the founder of the Sierra Club. Now the
administration that will not let us drill for oil there to save the
environment is going to give away this U.S. territory for free. What
do you think Russia will do? Drill for oil? Known reserves are
there. Fishing rights and territorial waters gone; a free give away
and not a word in the traditional news. 10th amendment? Nothing is
as simple as it seems but why no discussion? No gold, no concessions
of any kind? Just search Obama and Alaska Islands and see for
yourself. Seems an egregious abuse of executive power again. If you
care; contact your Representative and the media.

Yup, but there are those who cannot see past the nose that cut to spite their face, and took their toys and went home.    Guess they truly love Il Duce Barack Obamolini and wish to extend his reign.

As for the islands, Obama cannot just sign them away.  The last I heard, any territorial changes to a state's boundary required the approval of the state, and an Act of Congress.

Oh, yeah, Obama needs neither the states nor Congress.  How silly of me to forget.......

After looking farther, it seems the Russians already have those islands from a treaty signed by Bush years ago.  Those islands are inside Russian Territorial waters, they should belong to Russia any way.  I would not want to send the Coast Guard out to patrol them.  Seems we have a baseless claim to them anyway.

HIS FATHER WAS NOT A USA CITIZEN THEREFOR HE CAN NOT HOLD THE OFFICE. NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT HE WAS NOT BORN HERE AS IT IS IRRELEVANT. I asked in the Official Lessor Evil Thread the requirements for the Office of President. Obama does not meet them and there for is ineligible for the office. IF YOU WANT TO GET HIM OUT  ROMNEY CAN NOT DO IT, BUT WE THE PEOPLE CAN. It was proven with the Internet Blackout that WE HAVE A VERY LOUD VOICE if we choose to use it. If enough of those who want BO out would contact their Representatives and let it be known that WE KNOW HE IS NOT ELIGIBLE then we can get him out of office.

How can you really want someone out so bad and never even look at the fact he should not be there in the first place. I have spent many hours pondering what mindset it must take to form this ideology. So far all I can figure is that based on the number of people who seem to ignore this fact it must be a programmed response to ignore or dispute this fact. ?

And what lies are they ? At least the republicans still want to lead not rule ! Really why is Obama in office ? So how many of his promises came true ? Is his govt transparent ? You and I both know if we list broken promises for each side both will have long list but the democrats will have the highest tally. They promise each speical intrest group what ever they want even if it conflicts with other speical intrest groups in hopes the truth won't be realized until after the votes are counted.
