   Has anyone else noticed...?

There are 2 of the candidates who do not seem to be spending their time slamming and slashing other conservatives ?
Instead they suggest real programs and do most of their slamming against the ones who should be exposed ..the Obama administration ...

I'll give them credit for not being whiners and coming up with ideas...

Those two are...     Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain.

Yessir Iron, that's a real obvious thing about those two, just not sure why more folks aren't picking up on that.... :o
In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....

They don't want  retaliation, and with Newts baggage I don't blame him. But after all this is a PRIMARY! Thats what you do in a primary. They aren't running against Obama. They are running against each other for that privilege at a later date! ;)

Last Wed. night at our local TEA PARTY meeting, with about 50 in attendance.
A vote was taken for each candidate. Perry had 1, Romney maybe 5 or so, Santorum 1, Ron Paul again maybe 4 or 5 with Cain getting the rest.
If this is across the board he stands a good chance of getting through the Primary if the media wants it.

I'm going to add H.Cain to my list of candidates that will ensure a second term for Obama if he gets the GOP nomination.

If polls mean anything, Cain and Paul are running neck and neck, (within the margin of error), at this point with Obama. Of coarse all this could change, and in fact, has changed from one debate to another and the more people learn about the candidates and their plans, (if any).

Real Clear Politics average of the polls puts Obama 8 points over Cain.

Paul's polling average shows Obama 6.2 points over Paul.

Romney is at +0.7 points for Obama.

Gingrich, +13 points for Obama.
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/us/general_election_gingrich_vs_obama-1453.html

Perry, +7.4 points for Obama.

Of coarse once it gets to the general election, the numbers will change from the fact that all sane people will vote for anyone who is running against Obama. Even if they have to hold their nose while doing it. The question is, how many "sane'' people are left in America?

Somehow I can't understand why, after the last 3 years' experiences..there would still be enough clueless people to vote for Obama ahead of ANY of the conservative candidates..

IRONGLOW;
" Somehow I can't understand why, after the last 3 years' experiences..there would still be enough clueless people to vote for Obama ahead of ANY of the conservative candidates.."

Since I have heard of alot of Democrats jumping ship on Obama, and Independants too, I concern myself with a divided Republican party and divided conservatives more than the Obamanites in this election. As mentioned somewhere above, some want to pout and stay home on election day if their favorite candidate doesn't get the nomination.

I even read a post sometime back somewhere else from a Paul supporter that said he would not vote if Paul didn't get the nomination, hoping that America would fall and "reset" after a bloody revolution. Then, in his mind, people would want Paul or someone like him for president. THAT, is what disturbs me I think even more than the Obamanites in this election. There has always been this battle between the right and the left. But if the right becomes "unhinged" in a manner such as this, it only plays to the progressives and their plan for anarchy.

Even if we are stuck voting for the least progressive in the race, it's better than staying home and wishing America would fall just to prove some kind of twisted point. How would that guy that would wish America to crash and burn even expect himself to live through it himself? Far too many reactionaries out there that don't seem to fully account for all the consequences and ramifications of their actions and knee jerk reactions. Personally, I'm not ready to throw America under the bus just because I don't get what I want.
Which sounds much like what all the "Occupy" protesters are about.
We keep fighting in an effort to win some day. Not fall on our sword......................

Wow !  That just goes to prove that not all madness finds it's home on the left !
There must be some on the right who have become so unhinged that they want to throw in with the mindless OCCUPIERS.. ;)   ;D   :o   :P
