Accessory barrel question
« on: February 20, 2011, 04:58:01 AM »
In their website H&R says to include with your parts a copy of your credit card info. I don't think I'm comfortable leaving this info where it can fall into anybodys hands. I worked for UPS for 34 years and know what can happen to package addressed to a firearm manufacturer. It's too easy for theft in transit. Has anybody used another method of payment? This is why UPS now has to demand overnight air only for handguns.

Just buy the barrel's here on GB and fit them yourself if needed, that's what most do.  ;)

You can send a check, but to me that's worse than sending a credit card number, you're protected against credit card fraud, but when when someone cleans out your bank account, it takes a long time to recover it.  :-\ Send a money order or send it in without payment and they'll contact you for payment.

There have been a couple TDC barrels in the H&R classifieds recently, I think the last one was a 12ga tho, they don't last long tho, best advice is put an ad in the H&R WTB classified forum and hope someone checks there before listing theirs.  :-X
