I quit @ 34 .. @ 37 became Immobile from "C" hate the word
But with Prayer and Modern Medicine
I am walking and about 75% of a Full healthy man
Why I wrote above is
At your Age I was so Healthy and Physically Strong(I thought)
I felt Nothing could hold me back I even had wind in my lungs when I quit
I worked Physically Hard and Played twice as hard and then I got hit head On
God forbid you get Ill? first thing you will say "Geez I wish I did this ! I wish I did that"
and If I had quit ............? ? (while Ill I saw alot of Folks Ill)
Get rid of a Useless habit
Mine wasn't at all from Smoke just a weird one but Knocked me Right Out
TKO,
but now some 19 years later, I know how fast Life can turn on me
Now that I rambled on you will see there is No real reason to Smoke other than a Slow
a terrible suicide. I swear too you,
Smoking Sucks in every aspect /Meaning of the word, and
it stinks like Turd with a different flavor, you'll understand that , a while after you've Quit
Good Luck hope you listen to yourself
Thanks for the encouragement guys... and Heather the answer is "NEVER"
Well I have wanted to quit for several years now but just never had the motivation to do it. The new FSC smokes hurt my chest so bad that I found some motivation. For those that don't know what FSC stands for it is "Fire Safe Cigarettes" which to me is an "oxymoron".
I have noticed over the last few years that my lung capacity has diminished at a rapid rate and I get winded from most anything physical. At 37 I just don't think it is a good thing and for sure it limits me and I am just tired of it. I think about the looming demise of the USA and wonder how will I protect my family if I have to take a break every few minutes to catch my breath. I figure I am rapidly running out of time to get into shape and figure there is no time like the present... so motivation found....
