Scoped Another One
« on: November 01, 2009, 02:02:04 PM »
I put another 2-7X32 Nikon Prostaff on my .45-70 Handi today.  I'd borrowed the one that was on it for my 1895 Marlin.  Again I used vintage Weaver Med. Tip-offs.  They are my favorite rings and I scoop them up whenever I can.  They aren't pretty but they are very strong.  I love these scopes.  They work perfect on Handis, .22s, lever actions, muzzleloaders, & shotguns.  I really like the 3-9X40 Prostaff too.

I get mine on ebay.  The 2-7X32 is usually $110.00 shipped.

I've only got one Nikon and it's held up well but I still love my Leupolds. I bought a SIMO today at the gunshow. Don't know anything about them except the've have held up on several peoples air guns...so I'll put it on my Crossbow and put the Leupold I have on that, on the new 30/06 barrel.
