Anybody gonna try for a bear this year?
« on: August 13, 2009, 10:56:10 AM »
I am considering it, I have some friends who live in the picked counties, checking now to see if I can hunt on thier land. Sure would be nice to bag one.

Im going to wait a few years see what happens with it MY guess is the first day there will be more then the allowed ten killed.  I just dont see going down and trying for one yet.  The people living in the area already have to much advantage and will probably get the limit quickly.  i know if i lived in the area i would sure enough try to have one patterned by season opening. But good luck and I hope you get a chance to go.  Its great to havee them back in KY and maybe in a few years I will try for one.

I plan on going. I don't have a spot to hunt yet. I'm doing a little research where to go. I hope to have everything planned out well before season.
