BLR clip?

Will the clip for a .243 BLR work for a .308 BLR?  My thought is that they are the same case except neck diameter.  Therefore, it should fit.  Am I correct?

They will interchange, provided the detachable magazines are of the same generation/design.

Early/later BLR mags are not easily interchangeable in a given early/late receiver.

what Rangr44 said. Also any other rounds based on the 308 case will work within the generation. Like 7-08 & 358.
