PARTS ORDERING EXPERIANCE FROM THE NEW H&R

placed an order for 9 different parts, for different guns...
total wait time on the phone was less than 2 minutes  :o
total time of whole transaction was less than 4 minutes, which they already had my
info.....  but, thats a heckava lot faster than before!!! ;D
could this be a SIGN !!!!!!!
I DON'T EVEN THINK I HEARD A COMPLETE SHOP'N MUSIC SONG!!!!!!!!!
and the parts man was very knowledgeable.....
and he gave me an order con# and a expected delivery date :o
we'll see........

a fine experiance... if i say so myself !!!!!!!!

Don't count on it, I placed an order earlier this afternoon for extractor parts for an ejector to extractor conversion, spent 21 minutes on hold  ::), then the transaction went smoothly once they picked up.

that could be,
the experiance was very much different from remington tuesday....
only 3 parts took 20 minutes...
then i suggested that you need to get a email ordering system....
then they said its available, but there server is currently down until further notice ::)
