I tried calling H & R three times this week and did not get an answer either time.I tried the toll free and the regular number with no success.I was just calling to see the shipment time on a cinnamon laminate stock.Sent the check last week and wasn't sure of the turnaround time.Has anybody else tried to call?Didn't know if had something to do with the Remington stuff thats going on.

strange, I called them twice last week and both times a person in CS answered, and was very helpful and gracious....<><.... ???

Yes I called three times today and could never get an answer. It just said something about leaving a message. ???

That sounds good.I just never had a problem getting through during normal hours.Will try again next week.Thanks for the info.
