There aren't any frangible "heeled" bullets that I'm aware of--hence, no frangible bullets for the 22lr.
The closest thing you'd find would be the CCI Quick-shock, designed to break into three pieces...but it most definitely is not a frangible bullet....and at hyper velocity speeds, you aren't going to get the greatest accuracy out of *most* barrels.
The 22mag has the Vmax and TNT which are designed to "explode" on impact, and will greatly reduce the chance of a ricochet when shot into something hard like a rock, dirt, or a pesky varmint....but at over $10 a box, it's not the most cost-effective plinking ammo. It sure works great on critters, though.
Of course, the Vmax and TNT's for the .17's are a great choice as well...and give the high speed and low weight of these bullets, it's VERY rare you hear a "zinger."
The long and short of it?
The 22lr is one of the absolute WORST rounds when it comes to ricochets. The only thing worst that comes to my mind would be an air rifle shooting steel BB's!!!
