I bought my daughter a tri-star semi-auto in 20ga which came with three different chokes.Anybody with any experience with these shotguns?
This my last try graybeard and then I'll stick to talking bout my remingtons hehehe

Tri-Star was formed in 1995. Shotguns are made in Turkey. From their on-line pictures they (some) kind of
look like the Remington 1100. Kind of.
I have no experience of any kind with a Tri-Star. Just thought i`d add some facts.

I have an early 20 ga SxS Tristar that was made in Italy. The same gun that American Rifleman did an article on. Really well made and good upland gun.

Don't have the semi auto but have the O/U in 20 ga. What attracted me was the light weight. The only problem I have encountered is that the top barrel seems to shoot low. Not really ideal for rising birds. Sent back to TRi Star and they claim it is OK. Due to a shoulder injury I have not been able to retest since I got it back.
