I have three left handed center fire bolt actions, a Remington 700 in 7mm mag, this rifle is my most used lefthand center fire rifle it is in a Remington Kevlar stock and has been electroless nickeled. I have had this gun for 10 or 12 years and have used it a lot, it is topped with a silver Leupold VX II 3X9. It is a very accurate 3/4" 5 shot group with 140 grain Sierra SBT and IMR 4831 at 100 and just under 1/2" with Sierra 100 grain HP. I also have a 700 BDL in 270 and a 700 VS in 308, I just got the 270 and really haven't had a chance to test it out, I mainly bought it because I got it really cheap and it was like new, I really looked at it as buying the action, as I am thinking of having it rebarrelled to 35 Whelen. The 308 is a dog it will not consistently shoot less than 1 3/4" groups, it has been back to Remington but to no avail. I know what is wrong with it but just haven't taken the time to fix it, I at first though Remington would take care of it.
I have a Savage MK II left hand 22 rifle which gets the most field time of any of my left handed rifles, of course that probably goes without saying. I have been well satisfied with this rifle for the money. I am currently thinking about ordering a CZ 452 in left hand since they are now on the market.
