Spotted a .357 in a local shop today
« on: December 27, 2006, 03:41:28 PM »
Spotted a .357 in a local shop today.  It was in a rack behind the counter so it was a little hard to read the tag.  But it looked like it said .357.  It had iron sights and a straight laminate stock on it with out the curve for your hand.  I don’t see many with this kind of stock.  It was used and I think it was $209.    Looked to be in nice condition but I didn’t have time to handle it.  If any one is interested just let me know.

rc51kid, could you get me contact info for the shop? I'm not sure I could swing it, but I'd be interested in talking to them anyway.

BTW Andy, I have some 357max brass that is surplus to my needs, if you want more than you alread have.

Cheers
Kerry

i will have to find the phone number. I just erased it out of my phone by mistake.  It is in Smyrna Georgia on South Cobb drive.  It is called Adventure outdoors.  I think they have a we page that might come up in a search.  They get really busy and are not always really helpful on the phone.  But some times they are.

kid, disregard my inquiry about that gun and please put tallyho in the #1 spot, I have made a tentative trade agreement for a trade of a .357 Mag/Max barrel for my .280 Remington barrel and Tallyho really deserves it.

Kerry, thanks for the brass offer, I can use it. Just let me know what it costs you to ship it out or I'll get it from the shipping label, or hold onto it and just put in the same box with a stock to redo!!!....<><.... :)

I just looked at these guys website and they don't show a 357 listed, no surprise though, looks like just their new inventory is listed anyway and in corolation with the Gunsource's stuff.
