There seems to be several of you that have Kimbers. I have several of them and while some of those listed above might be a little lighter, I still think the Kimber is a whole lot of rifle in a lightweight package. They are also incredibly accurate.

A Bolts are about the litest ones out there without going semi-custom with a NULA.

I'll second Banen's vote for the Ruger m77 ultra light with 20" barrel. It has great handling characteristics & weight's in at 6.0 lbs. The Remington model 7 is a close second.

I have a Winchester featherweight in 308 topped by a Leupold 1,5 - 5, 20. Light, trim and easy to shoot well with. Am also looking for a used Rem 7, preferably in 358 Win.
