I used the Warne Maxima steel Quick Detach rings and have been very happy with them.  Once sighted in I have removed the scope at least 10 times for cleaning and it has returned to zero each time, perfectly.  I would not hesitate to use these again and the QD feature is worth every penny when it comes to cleaning or if you have a need to remove the scope and return to the fiber optic sights due to scope damage or a change in hunting area laws or location.

Scopes?  I purchased two this year so based on that...  A Bushnell Elite 3200 w/ Fire Fly reticule (purely GIMIC in my book) and other then the oversize reticule which I am not real fond of it is a very well made and clear scope with good calibration and no 'hang' during range adjustment.  This went on my Huntsman and working up loads I did adjust allot and when I returned to a previous setting the return to zero was dead on, a sign of a well built scope. I would by another Bushnell Elite but not with the Fire Fly reticule.
The other was a Sightron II and like it better then the Bushnell, it performs as well from adjustment to optical clarity.  It has a larger objective and is very bright and clear under low light conditions.  This went on a USH 12 which has now seen close to 200 rounds with this scope installed and constant adjustments never missing a beat.   Beyond that all I can say is don’t scrimp on the scope no matter what you chose.

FWIW When I ordered my base I called NEF and there is apparently a difference in the contour so not just any NEF rail will fit the Huntsman correctly.

Just my two cents, hope it helps.    8)

I use the leupold quick release rings and they return to zero well also. It is great being able to remove the scope when cleaning.
I second don't scrimp on optics....I use a 3x9 Zeiss conquest, there is lots of choices out there. I think the 2.5-10 4200 B&L would be a good choice specs look nice on it....I like the 4200's I have , my Nikon UCC and the signature line of burris scopes...quality scopes are addictive :D

You can't go wrong with Warne or Leupold. I have Leupold QRW Mediums with a Burris 4X compact on mine. Perfect alignment, lots of eye relief, and it looks right too. A pair of this type of ring (steel, QD) usually runs $45-55, but it's $ well spent. Good luck
