I think that Sako used to, but I'm not sure, as well as possibly browning.

However, due to the drop off in popularity of the .300 Ultra Mag, I don't think that anyone, other than Remington, is continuing to manufacture them.

Mines a Remington wouldn't want any other make in the 300 RUM.  Because of the 700 action.

Formerly chambered 300 Ultra:
1. Sako
2. Winchester
3. Browning

Currently cahmber:
1. Remington
2. Blaser
I have had 6 or 7 300 ultras & it is one of my favorite rounds.  Currently shooting it in a custom built on a Winchester action, lilja barrel & McMillian stock.  Look around & you can find a deal on some uesd ones.

Savage made one for a while. I haven't checked to see if they still do.
