Older 4" 731 .32 stainless?
« on: September 10, 2006, 03:28:56 AM »
Hello, folks. Does anyone remember the older (around '96-'98 or so) model 731? It was a stainless, 4" (possibly 3") gun in .32 H&R Magnum. I never saw one in person, only the ads for them. With the S&W 631s being so high, I thought I'd try to find one of these by Taurus. Anyone have any more information, such as production dates, pictures, or sources? All my searches come up with the new, current-production 2" version, which I'm not interested in.

Thanks for your help! Regan

I sorta remember reading about that gun when it came out, but not being interested at all in that caliber I didn't pay it much attention.
I will browse some of my old gun rags and see if I can come up with anything...
