A few months back someone found black powder for cannons at 8.55 a pound and ask had any one used it,so I bought 25 lbs. and have been tring it.
The powder does burn slower than I'm use to but it's a real show

$8.55 a pound takes me back a few years.
Slow is OK, lower pressure, will be burned efficiently in longer (than morter) tubes (and will still be OK for mortars).
