Changing from a Hinged Floorplate to Blind Box mag. stock??

Hi Guy's,
 I have a 700 CDL in .204 that I would like to restock with a youth stock for my wife and need to know if the blind box magazine stocks will work on this action and if so what other parts would I need to get to make this happen?

hmmm

I want to say Yes but dont know what parts would be needed. I'll do some digging and hopefully between that time someone else will come in and be more informative.
