No luck on OHIO ML week
« on: January 01, 2006, 11:33:31 AM »
I was excited to hunt my first season ML here but my buddy and I got blanked on his property in two days of hunting.  Turns out all the deer we saw were too far away and despite feeding them shelled corn to attract them to his fields they seem to have gone nocturnal due to too much pressure from surrounding properties.

I look forward to hunting varmints with this gun.

Any suggestions on loads for Sidekick on coyotes?'

I agree with the others, just use the same load and shoot, shoot, shoot and shoot some more 'yotes.

Sounds good to me guys thanks for the encouragement!

Any suggestions on loads for simple range practise?  HP PowerBelts seem a little expensive for simple practise.

Joe:
I had the same problem over here in Columbiana County.  Saw a couple, but so chance for a shot.  They definitely are moving at night, and were in muzzleloader season.
