300 win mag Boss cant find a sweet spot

I have been trying to find a sweet spot for my 300 win using 180gr Barnes triple shocks and have had no luck. I also tried Hornady 180 interlocks but really want to shoot triple shocks. my accuracy is 1'-1.5. after all the hype I expect much more from it any setting tips or loads would be greatly appreiated. The sweet spot listed at browning was the worst of the 8 I have tried sofar.

No. 4 is my setting for 180 gr. bullets.  This is for both factory and reloads.  I did find that I got better and more consistant accuracy with the CR device.  I also free floated the barrel and undercut the tip of the forend for even more gap.  The stock flexs under recoil and I did not get great groups until I undercut the forend tip.

edit:  I have the synthetic stock.

I had an a bolt in 300 win mag with the boss system ,never got it to work as they claim .i have 4 other Brownings without the boss system and they all shot better than the A bolt with the boss .my old (1989) BAR in 300 win mag still shoots under an inch at 100 yards with factory ammo. so i see no need for the ugly,expensive boss system .

I have the BOSS on my A bolt 270 WSM and love it I checked the sweet spot on the browning web site and set mine to it with my hand loads I can get a clover leaf at 100yds, I was really impressed.
