To find the Fajen laminates, you'll have to visit the auction sites. I bought a few right here in GB's classified and the guy only wanted $5 a piece for them.[/img]

Boyds gunstocks has them.  www.boydboys.com.  They have them in pepper laminate and the regular.  For the whole set up it will cost about 96 bucks shipped for a carbine.  You get a 25% discount if you order directly from the factory.  I have one on my christmas list.  Dan

I have a VVCG grip and forend which I am very pleased with.  I also got myself a "pepper" laminate stock from eabco for Christmas last year.  I can't say for sure if it is a Boyd stock or not, but it arrived in a box with a Boyd logo printed on it.  I personally did not care for the rubber grip that came with my frame.  My first barrel was a 308 and the grip seemed to twist in my hand when I would fire the gun.  The grip I ordered form VVCG feels like it was made to fit my hand, wait a minute, it was made to fit my hand :) .  The finish on my VVCG pieces is very nice, yet the price is high.  I have been thinking about ordering a laminated carbine forend from eabco for Christmas this year.
