Where in Alaska can I buy it and who has the best selection. Can the liquid not the arasol be shipped through the mail.

I wonder if anyone will make this type of thing standard on their guns... such as the mossberg mariner...  I know they have their "marinecoat" but I wonder how that compares to gun-kote.....
