Took my second deer of the year(another 2 year old spike) at around 80 or so yards. Taking a deer with your Dad's rifle is something else. He had it for years and sold it to me for good deal and I get a thrill out of hunting with it. Had to make sure he's still packing a Remmy pump so I bought him a 7600 in 7mm-08 last year. In any event, had to post this as cuttin' notches in the stock is out of the question
