I don't understand why Steuben county was not included in the new rifle bill. Any one got any info on this? I realize that this county shoots the most deer compared to all of the others, does this have any thing to do with being left out of the new bill? I would say Steuben county is definetely rural enough of a county to allow rifles. Heck I could shoot a rifle in the air right now and it would land in Pennsylvania and they can use em so whats the big deal here?
