Browning A-Bolt glueing in barrels?

Has anyone seen the following post pertaining to Browning now glueing in their barrels so as to not allow for the change out of a custom barrel? Check out the following link:

As posted in the other forum, HAS ANYONE CALLED UP BROWNING AND ASKED "WHAT GIVES"????   geeeez.
