Anyone know where and how to get this stuff? Has anyone used it. If so what do you think?

A while back, I believe that I copied this information from either the MSN BPCR board, or the BPCR.net board The BPCR.net is still down due to a virus. When it get back up, just click on the "BPCR.net Forums" to get to the board:

"White Lightning Lube for pan or lubesizing it is $50 for 2 lbs plus $10 shipping and handling. The lube is sold in 1 lb containers at matches only; mail orders require a 2 lb purchase.
There is NO hexane in this lube. Discriminating mice or rats would never eat anything with hexane in it:-)

Sagebrush Products also carries it. They're in Nebraska, and advertise on several of these boards. If you can't find their address let us know and I'll look for it at home.

They sell it in 8 oz. tubs for around $17.

I bought some, and tested it last month (I wanted to wait until the temp was over 90 degrees, and the humidity was 25% or lower. My normal lube works perfectly fine if it's not too hot or dry).

I compared it to my normal lube (Emmerts, with 15% LubeGard), and the White Lightning definitely kept the fouling softer and moister than my lube. So, it seems to do what it's supposed to. I never got around to actually doing any thorough testing, but I'll get to it this fall, and start using it in matches next summer.
