SIG 220 --- Browning Arms Co.
« on: January 04, 2007, 09:11:01 PM »
I acquired a SIG 220 in .45 ACP that is in near perfect condition, it was of the original imports through the Browning Arms Company.  Do these early imports have any additional value by means of being imported by Browning Arms?

Thanks for your imput.

Hi,
According to the blue book of gun values, the browning imported 220 actually lists for less money. However I would suspect that a serious browning collector may pay a slight premium for a browning marked 220. I saw one at Cabelas sell for about $650.00 in about 95% condition. Much more than blue book value. Blue book value seems to be on the low side most of the time though. Hope this helps a little.
