Seems like a good deal, price seems good as this rifle can go for $300 up in this neck of the woods. Looks like it is time for you to head for the range.

No, I really did not want the scope or rings, because it was kwik sight see thru rings and simons deerfield scope. I am going to put a redfield one piece base on it and don't know the scope, i will put the deerfield scope on a 22 because it does have a metal tube so it was just about as old as the gun. I have no use for the see thru rings at all.
