40-65 bullet punch and die questions
« on: February 14, 2003, 09:12:08 AM »
I recently ordered a 40 caliber bullet mold from brooks.  I recieved it and it cast a very nice semi pointed 385 grain pill.  I was wishing to order a top punch and a sizer die for my lyman .450 lubrasizer.  What top punch and sizing dies would you folks suggest.  I am very concerned about the top punch fitting the bullet so as to not to distort this pretty little projo.  I was thinking .410 for the sizer part. Any advice opinions, or even real live ezperieces would be greatly appreciated. :-D

sharps-Nut--  The top punch for the Lyman Schmitzer bullet will load those pointy bullets without deformation.  Trust me.  rdnck.
