Something to consider if you are a ranch/land owner

I guess this is why alot of ranches insist on having a guide sit with a hunter when selling hunts.  It should keep someone from screwing up as bad as these two guys did.

I guess that's easy to do......mistaking a 2 ft. high hog for a human.  It proves there are idiots everywhere.

Reprehensible.

This Mexican man was trespassing on private property with the rest his gang, and was actively in the conduct of a criminal activity, a federal crime, when his own actions cost him his life.

The possibility that lawsuits like this can even be filed is just another reason that the the current president should be impeached from office and his attorney general fired.

They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.

Trespassing? yes.  Breaking the law? Yes.  Deserving of arrest and deportation? Absolutely yes, Deserving of some jail time for his law violation? Yes again.

Deserving of being shot?  No.

Making the lame excuse that the shooter thought the man was a hog?  Lame, and no excuse at all.  Had it been another paying hunter that was shot, or perhaps someones young son or daughter along on a hunt that got shot because someone thought they were a hog would be the same thing. Wrong, and without excuse.

What were the actions that cost the man his life?  He wasn't stealing, or attacking the shooter.  He was trespassing.  Stupid thing to do, and way too many illegals are crossing our  borders, but I can't agree that the trespasser is at fault for his death.  No excuse to shoot a human and then say, "I thought it was a hog, or a deer", or whatever game animal you can come up with.

Impeach the President because someone in Mexico can file a lawsuit?  Thats crazy.  Anyone can file  a lawsuit.  That doesn't mean they can win, or even should win.  But this man was shot and killed.  He wasn't just roughed up by a landowner.  He was shot and killed by a paying "hunter" and then apparently, or atleast allegdly not given immediate medical attention.
