Differences between Browning A-bolt and A-bolt II

I've owned a LH Browning A-bolt stainless stalker 25/06 since 1991. I'm considering purchasing another stainless stalker in 30/06 to replace a 300 Win Mag Ruger.
What are the differences between an A-bolt and A-bolt II?

A palm swell in the grip----the stock seems a little cheaper-------a flat spot on the bolt----and the receiver was changed to prevent binding. IIRC
