24" Encore Barrel Forend
« on: February 11, 2005, 03:46:04 AM »
I picked up my 24" 7mm08 Blued bbl last week but the Stock Walnut Forend was unavailable from my gun shops sources.  :(

Seems all the places that I & my gun shop have looked the forends are on backorder.

Anybody know where one might be available?

It's my first bbl beside the 209x50 that was the original purchase. I really want to shoot this bad boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you. I'll look when I get home. My company has that as a 'Blocked Site'.

I was stuck in a similar boat a while back, I shot it  a bunch without the forend...I just couldn't wait. Also, Give Ea brown a try, or I sent T/C a picture and they matched it to the buttstock. :D good luck

I just got a new 308 barrel for my Encore and a new forearm from Ed's Contender in Oklahoma, City. Priced very easily.

Thanks guys.

I kinda like the idea of getting the forend matched to my Butt stock.
