ya know, i have to agree on this one. a lot of folks like B-Square's no smithing scope mount for military rifles. i bought one for my beloved No.1 MK 3 enfield, and after paying almost $100 for it got frustrated and chucked in to a work bench drawer, where it sits to this day in a pile of tangled pickerel rigs and rusty stripper clips. here's what got me mad. i get it home and open the package first thing i notice is the very small instruction sheet. no diagrams or assembly instructions, just a list of parts, half of which i have no idea what they are. so i try it myself. i use the one screw that fits into the ejector screw hole and when it is tight enough that the mount won't move, the screw is now blocking the bolt from closing. after inserting a supplied washer it sets this little problem right. now the base it self is canted to a 80-85 degree angle and i have no idea how to correct it. and i have way to many leftover parts. i figure i'll call B-Square and they can walk me through it, right? WRONG!! their service line was not toll free and was based out of Texas, which would be a costly call from the great white north. they where only open during hours i was in school. and i figured i would probably just get some call center operator who would have no clue what i was talking about and will think i'm just another nut with a gun. :x
don't think i'll probably buy from them again.
