223 Load Data--21" Carbine??

Looking for the published starting and maximum load data for my TC .223, 21" Carbine.  Want to use Varget and a 50 gr. V-Max bullet.    Appreciate the fps data as well.

Nosler lists 24.O @2547fps starting, 26.0 Max @2789 fps with a 50 gr Ballistic Tip...
 Hodgdon lists a 50 gr soft-point up to 27.5 @2959 fps....full case/compressed
P.S. For the Contender, you can use any published rifle data.
