Has anyone ever had a 7600 reballeled? If so who did the work?
shot placement is everything.

I've never had a pump rebarreled, but I talked to a gunsmith who said it could be done. He made it sound as if it was a fairly simple process.

Thanks. I looked at a Remington collection a couple years ago. It was for sale and had about 20 different calibers in the Remington pump including 257 Roberts 35 Whelen 280 35 Rem. and a bunch of other kind of rare calibers. Oh but what a price they were trying to get out of them!! :(
shot placement is everything.

James  If the 7600 comes apart like the 760,  its a do it yourself project.
just buy a new barrel/bolt and swap them out.  Changing back is equally easy.
