My 550 CZ 6.5X55 came with rings.  Not for sure about Varmit types.  Good Luck.

Its my understanding that if the rifle doesn't come with sights CZ provides rings.

The only rifles that come with rings are the "hunting type". If it says Varmint your going to have to buy them. The 452 (rinfire) Varmint doesn't come with rings. The 527 American does but the American Varmint, Laminated Varmint, and Kevlar Varmint does not. I recently purchased a 550 Varmint and it didn't come with rings. Give them a call, they are one of the best at customer service. They will be able to tell you if it should have rings or not.
