I have a set that places the laser in the chamber. A couple of things I don't like about it. The target needs to be set about 25 feet away and you need a solid mount such as a benchrest to set the rifle on when boresighting. If you have a space to do this they will work fine. The laser cannot be seen outdoors in bright sun light. If outdoors, you need to set up in the shade. They work fine if you have a shady area or indoor area to use them. I'll sell my set for $25 plus shipping.
Hunting and fishing are not matters of life or death. They are much more important than that.

Hi guys :D
I concur with what Val said about them. I`ve got one also, and dont like it for the same exact reasons, that Val said.
I went back to my old (Bushnell Bore Sighters) that has the three adjustable arbors,. Mine is called the (Bushnell Professional Bore Sighter) it comes with .22to.270, 7mm to .35 caliber, and .35 to .45 caliber arbors. Ive had mine for about 5 or 6 years, and never had any trouble with it. The only thing it will not do is bore sight those rifles, that have those see thru bases on them.

I bought one from Cabela's and the darn thing wobbles around in the bore.  I agree with the others.  It was a waste of money.

I don't like the ones that fit into the end of the barrel because they wobble around and my barrel is free floating. I do like the ones that load into the chamber like a shell. While it's not perfect on the two rifles I have used it on I was within 2" at 100 yards.
