This video has been around for awhile and the talk is that it was a "canned" hunt.  I don't have anymore details, just passing along the story I've heard.

I have seen this vedio few years ago, that sounded was alot like a .338 win mag......but Im not sure
The first shot knocked the wind out of the lion... and it still managed to fully charge the hunters, that is just amazing

First off, I'm a passionate hunter for elk, deer and turkey as well as being a rancher so I'm no tree hugger, but this looks like a bunch of creepy yuppies with no brains and small peckers.  Shooting any animal like that is childish and requires zero skill.  I hate the very notion of game pens, high fences or any other method that is not free range.  I look upon those worthless scum as subhuman and not deserving of anything other than disdain. I wish the lion would have mauled them to pieces and chewed their legs off in a leisurely manner as they lay screaming.  I would drink a dark beer and smoke a cigar as they bled out and then spit upon their corpses.  :evil:
